Caletta House
Thirty years under the canopy. One vision to set it free.
Abandoned to the Puerto Rican jungle for three decades, Caletta House was discovered beneath layers of vegetation — a hidden ruin with extraordinary bones. We removed the overgrowth inch by inch, revealing a vintage casa de campo that remembered itself. Against this raw vernacular canvas, we layered a modern industrial language: weathered steel, exposed concrete, reclaimed timber, and aged patina. The result is a home that feels simultaneously ancient and alive — a place where the past is not erased, but celebrated and elevated.

From the private jacuzzi, El Yunque's ancient rainforest rises on the horizon while the Caribbean Sea stretches endlessly below — a panorama that makes time irrelevant.
